Delivery area
GoPaan currently delivers within Satara, Maharashtra, and surrounding serviceable areas, within a limited radius around our partner shops. Set your delivery location on the homepage to see what's available near you. Orders outside our delivery zone cannot be accepted.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 15–20 minutes of placing your order. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
Delivery fees
Free delivery on paan-only orders above ₹199, or on any order above ₹399 once it includes an item from another category (chocolate, cold drinks, energy drinks, or tobacco). Orders below the applicable threshold carry a flat ₹35 delivery fee.
Store hours
GoPaan takes orders 9 AM–midnight IST, every day. You can still browse and add items to your cart while we're closed — checkout unlocks the moment we reopen at 9 AM.
Order tracking
Once your order is placed, you can follow its progress from My Orders in your account — tap Track live on any order that hasn't been delivered yet.
Payment on delivery
Pay online at checkout for most orders. Some orders may instead be confirmed directly with your delivery rider on receipt.
Failed or incomplete deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed — for example, an incorrect address or an unreachable customer — the order may be cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this is handled.
