We deliver within a limited radius around our partner shops. Set your delivery location on the homepage to see what's available near you.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 15–20 minutes of placing your order.
How do I pay?
Pay online at checkout for most orders. Some orders may be confirmed with your delivery rider on receipt.
Can I track my order?
Yes — open My Orders from your account menu and tap Track live on any order that hasn't been delivered yet.
Can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order before it's accepted by the vendor, contact us at gopaanbusiness@gmail.com or +91 87937 43687 and we'll process the cancellation and refund if applicable.
